With the rise of the gig economy, we are seeking highly motivated individuals passionate about enhancing the retirement, healthcare, and housing adequacy of Platform Workers (ride-hailing/on-demand delivery workers) to join our dynamic team. The individual will have the exciting opportunity to conceptualise and implement new systems and processes to facilitate the collection of CPF savings for Platform Workers. The individual will also design and develop a new scheme to provide government support to lower-income Platform Workers. The multi-faceted job scope involves policy formulation, development of operational processes, system design, and engagement of multiple stakeholders.
What you will be working on
- Formulate and assess operational policies and processes in collaboration with multiple counterparts across government and private entities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Finance/IT support/vendors) to co-create business and IT solutions
- Partner legal counterparts to establish the necessary legislative arrangements
- Drive publicity and engagement efforts for platform operators and workers
What we are looking for
- Strong ability in critical thinking and analytical reasoning
- Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in problem solving
- Able to adapt and shows flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Self-driven and proactive in showing initiatives
- Experience in project management, policy work, and/or process development will be advantageous
The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager with seniority based on individual work experiences.
