Pangdemonium is a proudly Singaporean not-for-profit theatre company with a mission to tell stories on the stage that are challenging, inspiring, relevant, accessible and above all, of the highest artistic, entertainment and production value, in a league with the very best of theatre internationally.
Our business team works out of a combined office and rehearsal space, in a dynamic project-based atmosphere. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain records, handle special requests, prepare communication tools, and deliver customer service support.
- Provide sales and ticketing support for upcoming productions, facilitate group sales, handle special requests, and troubleshoot issues for Season Ticket holders. Interface with the Marketing and Management team to provide seating and tickets for sponsors and VIPs.
- Assist in managing door sales and ticket distribution at Front-of-House.
- Conceive and execute the ticketing process for the Triple Threats Musical Theatre Workshop& Showcase.
- Interface with SISTIC as required.
- Primary contact for phone and email enquiries.
- Additional duties as assigned/required, including NAC survey data collection/analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- An eye for creativity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work regular office hours in addition to nights, weekends and occasional holidays.
- Interest in theatre and the Arts.
