HR & Admin Executive
Reporting to Finance & Admin Manager.
To provide day-to-day HR and administrative support in the implementation of HR policies, and procedures, and ensure smooth office operations.
Job Responsibilities :
HR Role :
- Support the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, training and development, induction and exit clearance, payroll and HR information systems.
- Manage WP, SP, EP matters such as application, renewal, cancellation
- Maintain and update personnel records and leave records.
- Prepare HR reports for presentation to Board and Manager Meetings.
- Process monthly payroll including OT, CPF submission, Tax Clearance, and any related grants/claims to government agencies
- Organize yearly staff appraisals.
- Manage staff insurance renewal.
- Review and update the Employee Handbook, HR Manual, HR processes, and HR policies
Admin Role :
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency in company activities.
- Prepare and support ISO audit and other business certification renewals
- Prepare HR reports for presentation to Board and Managers Meetings.
- Organise board and managers' meetings, including minute-writing.
- Support in the procurement of office supplies, and stationeries and issue of purchase requisition for all admin activities.
- Issue of purchase requisitions relating to administrative matters.
- Administrative duty include liaison of vendors, postal, dispatch arrangement, receiving of walk-in visitors and phone calls.
- Assist in temple events during Vesak Day, Chinese New Year, and any other major festivals as assigned from time to time
- Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
Job requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 4 Years) of working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
- Good knowledge of Singapore labor and employment laws.
- Prior Experience in the Charity sector is an advantage
- Proactive, organized, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good minute-writing skill is a must.
