Scope:
- Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's assigned portfolio.
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liasing with property agents.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
- Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting
- Ad hoc leasing duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Real Estate/Business/Marketing
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
- Relevant experience in budgeting is highly preferred
- Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.
- Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have an added advantage.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
