- Must need to work on Weekends and public holidays
- Must have proficiency to speak English, Tamil, Hindi and Malay
- To supervise, coordinate and manage work activities of cleaning staff in commercial and industrial establishments
- To assign duties, inspect work performed in accordance with the "Daily Inspection Checklist" to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards
- To handle all customers’ feedback
- To ensure good safety practices in the course of work.
- Conduct daily inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.
- Implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization
- To train new/existing employees and recommend disciplinary actions where applicable.
- Manage work execution and performance of junior staff.
- Carry out regular inspections to the building and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level
- Conduct risk assessment and identify safety hazards on site to ensure safety compliance are met
