JOB DESCRIPTION
· To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g., incorporation of company, change of company officers and share transfers)
· Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
· Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
· Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained
· Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients
· Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required
REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
· Great interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
· Prior relevant corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage
