Responsibilities
Brand Identity and Guidelines
- Develop and Maintain Brand Identity: Collaborate with the brand team to refine and uphold the visual brand identity, ensuring it reflects the company's personality, values, and guidelines.
- Brand Guidelines Custodianship: Act as the custodian of the company’s brand guide, ensuring all materials align with these standards.
Collaboration and Conceptualization
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand, and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Campaign Conceptualization: Develop ideas and concepts for campaigns in tandem with the marketing team, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
Design and Creation
- Marketing Collaterals: Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other materials, maintaining brand consistency.
- Digital and Social Media Graphics: Create graphics and video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring they are engaging and trend-aware.
- Retail and Offline Touchpoints: Design elements for in-store displays and other physical touchpoints, including adapting designs for different landlords in shopping malls.
- Website and Online Elements: Design visually appealing elements for the company website and digital ads for online channels.
- Email Campaigns: Create designs for email marketing that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Packaging Design: Create on-brand graphics and illustrations for retail packaging.
- Multimedia Content: Develop engaging multimedia content like videos and animations for various platforms.
Optimization and Consistency
- Adaptation for Various Platforms: Adapt designs for different communication platforms, considering their unique requirements.
- Consistency Across Materials: Maintain a consistent design approach in elements, typography, color schemes across all materials.
- Photography and Videography: Utilize basic photography and videography skills for content creation.
Management and Upkeep
- Image Library Management: Oversee the organization and upkeep of the image library, including systematic archival of artwork files.
- Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of all design processes and files.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
- Creative Solutions: Provide creative solutions and design recommendations to support marketing and brand objectives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Project Management: Handle additional duties or projects as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
Experience Requirements
- Work Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in a related field, with preference given to those with experience in a creative agency or publisher.
- E-commerce Platform Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon).
Technical Skills
- Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Video Editing and Motion Graphics: Skills in After Effect, Premiere, and knowledge of animation are advantageous.
- E-commerce Platforms Knowledge: Working knowledge and experience with e-commerce platform systems (front-end & back-end).
Language Skills
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to liaise with associates.
