Job Description
Operations Support
- Execute action plans for the SOG Health’s specialist clinics to meet strategic goals
- Support the smooth running of daily operations
- Liaising with laboratory companies & Creation and linking of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Supplier/ Delivery Orders
- Generate operations (Credit notes, Inventory Audit Logs, etc)
- To assist in and support specialist clinics for all insurance matters
- Manage SOPs for HQ and clinics • Any assignments given by the immediate supervisor
Email/ Adhoc admin support
- To assist in all ad-hoc administrative matters
- Amend inventory based on the request of clinics
- Generate credit notes
- To do stock adjustment to tally with physical stocks for clinics
- Support stock take activities for all clinics
- Assist in MOH licensing and act as the contact point for facilities vendors
- To assist in all ad-hoc administrative matters as assigned
Marketing Support
- Liaise with vendor and clinics on purchasing of clinic branding collaterals
- Copy write, edit, proof-read promotional materials, EDM, social content and email marketing
- Analyze FB Ads and Google Ads for tracking performance and metrics with social media and digital marketing tools
- Conduct research and propose new marketing avenues
- Coordinate events and film shoots with videography and photography skills
- Manage customers' feedback and keep a record of reviews/testimonials
- Monitor customers' database within Mailchimp and respond to social media queries
