To further fortify our capabilities, we are actively recruiting a Senior Research Data Engineer with a proven track record in advance Qualtric application scripting and customisation, web application development and data analysis. He or she is expected to possess both technical expertise and a strategic mindset to contribute to our tech-driven and highly customised approach in complex data collection exercise.
Job Descriptions:
The Senior Research Data Engineer will lead the development of web applications to optimize data collection processes, leveraging expertise in Qualtrics application programming. Responsibilities include designing and implementing efficient data workflows, collaborating with other developers and operation teams, and ensuring the integration of Qualtrics features for enhanced data quality. Strong programming skills, proficiency in web technologies, and a deep understanding of Qualtrics are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in other data collection application such as NIPO will be an added advantage. The Senior Research Data Engineer will also be responsible for developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workflows to validate the effectiveness of data collection systems. Additionally, proficiency in survey scripting is crucial for creating dynamic and interactive surveys within Qualtrics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of UAT processes, and employing advanced scripting techniques to enhance survey capabilities, contributing to the overall efficiency of data collection initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Research Data Engineer, showcasing a track record of successfully building survey instruments for highly complex projects and develop peripheral applications to further support the various operational and project specific requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in advanced data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques. Ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights. Candidate without strong analytical skill and experience can also be considered.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Nfield, Qualtrics, Python, PHP, R and SQL. Familiarity with data manipulation tools and platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to link data analytics results to business objectives. Proven experience in contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to understand and deliver clear outcomes and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including system operators, technology specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
Compensation:
- Monthly salary at $7,000 & above
- Performance bonus
