- To champion and liaise with production personnel on the investigation of root cause(s) of non-conformance and procedural failures
- To ensure that corrective actions are in place and implemented for all non-conformances detected during audits
- Writing or amending quality control of Operating Procedures & Work Instructions as required
- Writing Quality Control plans as per contractual requirements, API and licensors’ requirements
- To update and maintain all the specification manuals and documents
- To review and approve required specifications and revisions in documentation prior releasing for production or customer
- To prepare monthly non-conformance analysis and KPI report
- To attend to customer, API, connection licensor audit and conformance
- To conduct process audit and internal quality scheduled/unscheduled audit
- To conduct audit on sub-contract suppliers
- Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures
- Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard / incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls
- Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements
- In addition to these duties/responsibilities employee is required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Quality / Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- 5CT / API Specification knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Analytical and creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels with good management and leadership skills
- Ability to work under owns initiative with minimal supervision
- Ability to think strategically
- Relevant Industrial Quality Training Certification
