Responsibilities:
Accounts payable and receivable
Invoicing, DO matching, Picking list etc
Data entry into Microsoft Business Central Accounting System
Documentation, filing work
Permit declaration
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Able to work 5.5 days week (half day off fortnightly)
