Job Responsibilities
- Be forward looking, plan, review and monitor all HR policies and processes. Ensure that all HR processes, policies and procedures of the Company adhere to Employment Act and other government legislation.
- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to benefits & leave, disciplinary & disputes and investigations, performance and talent management (staffs’ productivity, morale & recognition), training and development.
- Attract, motivate and retain talents for the company.
- Lead, coach and inspire HR team to provide optimal operational support to the human resource activities, aligned with the various legislations and authorities’ guidelines.
- Oversee Employees’ Relations. Provide advice and assistance to employees in HR related matters, employee counselling and grievances handling. Handle employees’ suggestions and feedback.
- Support management and HQ by providing human resources advice, counsel, survey, data analysis and reports.
- Initiate and organise company events, employee engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of relevant working experiences.
- Knowledge and experience in construction industry will be a plus. Good understanding of MOM/BCA manpower policies for construction industry. Understanding of construction project manpower demands and challenges.
- Strong and proven HR leadership with effective inter-personal communication and influencing skills to deal with management and employees at all levels.
- Possesses deep expertise in recruiting, compensation and benefits design, HR policy and process design and implementation
- Has the ability to multi-task and complete tasks within deadlines. A pro-active and a “Can Do” attitude would be critical.
