Job Description
Be responsible for the operations, service quality and fleet management of vehicle
· Facilitate senior management to achieve the KPI for car rental business.
· Hire, train and groom staff to meet the service quality and brand image.
· Other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum diploma and above
· At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience and preferably from automotive background/similar trade
· Good business acumen with excellent problems solving skills.
· Proven track record with strong negotiation, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
· Positive working attitude, organised, independent, resourceful and with high level of commitment and drive.
