The Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) invites applications for the position of Research Assistant.
Under the research programme INSPIRASI, the group is to develop a high performance fuel cell with special focus on the development of metallic bipolar plate and Al-driven controller. The candidate is required to design, develop and carry out performance characterisation of single-cell and short stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Literature review on the effect of clamping force in PEMFC stack/cell
- Design and fabricate clamping fixture
- Design of the fabricate bipolar plate
- Single and short stack testing and characterisation
- Any other tasks as requested by the PI
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in engineering or relevant discipline
- Good knowledge in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell
- Prior experience in conducting performance characterization on polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell
- Able to work independently to achieve the research milestones and tasks given
- Proficiency in English
