We are looking for a Condo Supervisor with Experience.
Salary Range: $2300 to $2400
5.5 days working
Job Responsibility:
- Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties
- Manage key performance indicators
- Monitor and manage the performance of the cleaning team
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed and encourage safe working practices at all times
- Control the issuing and usage of cleaning materials, ensure that only the correct cleaning materials are used on site, report any unauthorised use of chemicals not provided by the company
- Complete weekly time sheets and submit to the Facilities Manager
- ยท Ensure that all machinery is in safe working condition by carrying out weekly checks
