Candidate is required to do the following:-
· To assist in keeping track / ordering of supplies for clinics
· To assist in cleaning / packing / sterilization of surgical instruments
· Registration of patients
· Manage the front desk, and handle patient’s / phone enquires
· E-filing of Insurance & Medisave claims for patient
· Preparation of drugs and dispensing of medicine
· Educate patients on the medication and procedures
· Assist doctor in bedside procedures
· To assist the doctor in ensuring the smooth operations of the clinics
· Carry out duties assigned by clinic manager or the director
Candidate should possess:
- At least ITE/Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- It would be an added advantage if you specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Familiar with any clinic management software e.g. clinic assist, plato etc
- We are 5.5 days work week.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, and Saturday 8.30am to 1 pm.
