Job Purpose:
You will take on responsibilities across daily cash control, funding requirements, bank account management, settlements, bank documentation and treasury reporting. As part of a dynamic and key function, you will monitor the cash cycles, enhance operational efficiencies as well as recommend key improvements to existing cash management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Treasury Operations Management
- Cash Management – Forecasting, payment processing and arranging for approvals for APAC region
- Liaise with internal business departments and external banks
- Ensure proper bank documentation and filing of all treasury activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures
- Responsible for various reportings
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
KYC and Bank Account Management
- Signing Pattern Management for APAC region
- Bank Account management and system administration
- Data management and provide information to banks from time to time
- Liaise with internal business departments and external banks
Regional Treasury Support
- Liaise with various Treasury teams in the region and Head office
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Banking & Finance from reputable institutions
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong in handling operational duties
- Meticulous and diligent
- Independent and able to work in a team
- Organised and able to work in fast paced environment
- Good time management, able to prioritise tasks
