Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the auto repair shop
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff
- Schedule appointments and oversee reception area
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage customer relations
