Our client is a local company in the Hospitality industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Accounts Executive (AR) to be part of their Accounts team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.
The Duties of Accounts Executive (AR):
- Oversee outstanding payments on multiple online platforms
- Support in generating invoices and managing billing processes
- Compile journal entries for concluding monthly financial activities
- Conduct reconciliation for transactions between affiliated companies
- Prepare reconciliations for bank and AR
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
