Service Management
Ensure pre and actual service standard
Include Resources in hiring platforms and design FNB service workflow
Design SOP and review all front service sequences
Align with HR policies and provide work schedules
Product Management
Responsible for stock ordering, quality and stock management Include System control
Data analysis and proposal for overall menu pricing and promotion
Provide time-to-time adjustment and trend studies for modification
Venue Management
Perform leading and ground management for effective and efficient workflow
Include supervising, demo and coaching
Identify training needs and customer satisfaction
Ensure FNB presentation and in view of all possible downturn
