DTP Artist - Printing and Advertising / Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop [3770]
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm // 11am – 8pm (rotating weekly)
*Need to standby on Saturday sometimes (will have time off)
Salary range: $2,100 - $2,500
Location: Potong Pasir // Geylang Bahru
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare computerized layouts for approval
- Re-sizing design elements to fit client’s size requirement
- Coordinate with Sales / Clients to confirm layout and make amendment accordingly
- Find and edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations
- Import text and graphics into desktop publishing software programs
- Position artwork and text on the page layout
- Select formatting properties, such as text size, column width, and spacing
- Check proofs or preliminary layouts for errors and make corrections
- Color correct, resize, convert multiple file types from one platform to another
- Calibrate digital files for output to large format inkjet printers.
- Liaise with Sales and Printing Department on print preparation
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Preferred with 1-2 years of experience in Printing/Advertising
- Overtime and shift work is required
