- To assist Project Lead to prepare for Tender submission document, such as Quotation, Organization Chart, Project Schedule, CV of Operation Team and others, upon request.
- To assist Project Lead in verification of drawings and conduct quantity check on site.
- To assist Project Lead to prepare material sample board.
- To assist to prepare and submit all documents pertaining to PTW and local authorities submission
- To attend, record and prepare minutes of meetings
- To obtain approval of minutes from management before circulation to team
- To ensure proper filing of minutes in Central Filing
- To attend weekly project meeting client and contractor, subject to management’s jurisdiction
- To prepare project commencement materials
