Responsibilities
- Maintain recruitment portal and shortlisting of candidates
- Creating job descriptions, advertise on all job platforms and handling the full recruitment process
- Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process
- Handling end to end process of staff onboarding and offboarding
- Assist of MOM pass renewal and process work pass application
- Process monthly payroll and generating payroll report
- Process Income Tax submissions for IR21 and IR8A
- Maintain records and compile reports such as recruitment, attendance, leave etc.
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Be the first point of contact for employee’s enquiries on HR related matters and to assist their enquiries
- Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a HR generalist role
- Experience in retail beauty industry will be added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge in employment law, HR Policies and best practices
- Strong interpersonal communication (both written and verbal) in Mandarin and English in order to cater to associates and teamwork skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good organizational skill and meticulous
- Ability to work independently and meet tight datelines
