We are looking for Business Intelligence Consultant on a contract basis. You will be part of the growing project team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively work with customers, project team members and partners in defining business & technical requirements and specifications
- Work with the project team to translate requirements into project deliverables & prioritization
- Responsible for the end-to-end design and development of QlikSense BI and reporting.
- Responsible for the unit and integration testing
- Provide release management instructions through UAT and production environments.
- Planning and executing both client and internal projects, following through entire software development lifecycle
- Ensure quality data creation, visualization, and data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with technical data stakeholders such as Architects, Modelers and Project Managers.
- Lead functional discussions and leverage your knowledge of best practices
- Research & development of relevant knowledge and skillset
Qualification and Experiences:
- Bachelors/Masters/Diploma Degree
- Expereince in developing QlikSense applications
- Certification / Training in Qlik is considered a plus
- Hands on experience in building self-serve BI reports and dashboards.
- Hands on expereince in consuming data models, developing SQL, addressing data quality issues, proposing BI solution architecture, and articulating best practices in end-user visualizations.
- Database development experience
- Expereince in developing functional and technical requirements.
- Experience with ETL tools assessing data quality and developing remediation plans
- Expereince with designing and developing ETL processes to extract data from various sources.
- Experience in working with the Qlik product stack
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
