The Job:
- Work with Planning Manager to effectively co-ordinate with internal and external parties eg. Production, QA, Purchasing and Logistics teams on improvements for inventory/replenishment planning.
- Effectively manage and co-ordinate with internal and external parties
- Inventory and packaging materials replenishment planning. Execute and monitor phase-in & phase-out of old and new packaging materials & external printed labels
- Closely monitor production plan conformance and output. Feedback concerns on production progress and closely work with Supervisor and other stakeholders on their concerns with the plan
- Closely monitor liquid delivery production and shipment plan to ensure order fulfillment
- Constantly monitor inventory and feedback concerns on inventory level and any out-of-stock situations
- Work closely with respective suppliers on the call off plan of packaging materials and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (BC internal & suppliers) on supply issues and complaints on product supplied
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree with min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
