Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory experiments for process development and characterization studies of viral vectors
- Perform cell manipulation techniques including viral vector transfection & cell transduction.
- Maintain mammalian cell cultures using aseptic techniques and perform purification processes using chromatography and tangential flow filtration.Perform molecular biology and analytical assays such as flow cytometry, real-time PCR and ELISA etc.
- Perform process and product-related troubleshooting, product impact assessments, root cause analysis and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to develop platform procedures, draft technology transfer documents, and utilise other manufacturing resources as required to execute production and analytical processes.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor. Master or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields with 2-4+ years of relevant industry experience in MSAT, Process Development and/or GMP Manufacturing.
- A highly motivated team player with an ability to be productive and a willingness to learn in a fluid, fast-paced and environment are essential.
- Excellent organizational and collaborative skills, with the ability to design and troubleshoot experiments with minimal supervision or as part of a group.
