You will join our dynamic sales force in developing new businesses and providing professional solutions to our potential clients. The key to your success will be in your drive and ambition to win new businesses, and your ability to generate opportunities through successful relationship management of your client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Expand network of effective distributors & partners
- Develop, recruit and manage partners to sell full suite of FBSG products and solutions
- Communicate with high-level executives of key partners and customers
- Responsible for management of partners forecast, sell-in, sell-through, sell-out and replenishments
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive lead generation and assist in closing joint selling opportunities
- Collate channels’ sales pipelines for monthly review
- Transfer expertise to distributors, business partners and resellers to ensure that they are competent to achieve/exceed sales quota
- Develop and execute strategy and program for channel partners
Requirements
- Proven track record in channel sales with background in the Information Technology sector
- Experience in building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with partners and customers
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external relevant stakeholders
- Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to present solutions to partner
- Good organizational and planning skills and an ability to set and manage priorities
- Possess high energy levels, positive, proactive, articulate and engaging
