Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant agencies on Levy collection effort and exchange of data/ information
- Investigate discrepancy in payment amount claimed by companies
- Face-to-face/virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records
- Conduct onsite audit on employers’ payroll records
- Draft and send e-mail response to appeals
- Statistics reporting on number of appeals received and track outcome of appeals
- Handle and process request for refunds
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in enforcement or audit is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills to engage employers and other stakeholders
- Effective team player with good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
- Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently
- Knowledge related to compliance audit policies, relevant Act and Regulations are an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (such as Vlookup, pivot tables), prior experience in data analysis and sense making of data from systems is a strong advantage
