Change Management Consultant

Summary

As a Change Management Consultant, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering organisation development, design and change management programs to help our clients transform digitally. Much of your time will be spent collaborating intensively with members from human centric design and technology teams in assessing the client business and organisation readiness, and develop adoption strategies and programs for the client to drive a successful change. You will also contribute to development of innovative thought leadership on human capital, organisation development and design, change management and digital transformation.


Key accountabilities

  • Work creatively in a problem-solving environment to analyse complex issues and information, and develop insightful presentations to make the case for change
  • Facilitate discovery and assessment workshops with client stakeholders to identify key problem statements
  • Contribute proactively to a team-oriented environment in setting the scope and schedule of the project
  • Work closely with the human centric design and technology teams in managing the project delivery and client stakeholders
  • Actively support our business development efforts: opportunities identification, proposal and pitch preparation, client presentations and meetings and attending relevant industry conferences

What you will bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experiences; Master's Degree a plus
  • PROSCI certification will be an added advantage
  • Experience in driving organisation development programs (change enablement strategy and associated interventions, change adoption organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness for systems implementation initiatives)
  • Experience in managing end-to-end training and adoption program for technology driven change, behaviour and culture change, and change adoption in the automation or cybersecurity context
  • Techno-functional familiarity in the successful delivery of cloud-based systems and SaaS implementation such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, etc.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies
  • Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models and advanced technologies and digital tools (e.g. cloud HR, Finance, behaviour change packages, immersive learning)
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment
  • Experience of working on digital transformations will be a bonus
