Full Time Administrative Assistant/Document Support

The incumbent is responsible to provide administrative/document support and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of all the functions of Office.

  • Assist in providing all back end office related administrative support matters
  • Perform data-entry and maintain efficient filing system for all documentations
  • Recruitment processes
  • Ensuring the performance and well-being of employees
  • Assist in the writing of documents and letters
  • Other general administrative ad hoc duties assigned

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

Nearest MRT to our office is Telok Ayer/Tanjong Pagar/Raffles Place MRT.
