The incumbent is responsible to provide administrative/document support and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of all the functions of Office.
- Assist in providing all back end office related administrative support matters
- Perform data-entry and maintain efficient filing system for all documentations
- Recruitment processes
- Ensuring the performance and well-being of employees
- Assist in the writing of documents and letters
- Other general administrative ad hoc duties assigned
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
