Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Generate backlog and inventory reports from Oracle and send it to sales operation team
  • Revise device name for shipments from CN or TWN based update from fulfillment teams
  • Schedule daily shipments for sales regions
  • Coordinate with logistic department on shipment issues
  • Communicate with regional sales and CN/TW/SG team regarding shipment matters
  • Response to daily shipment inquiries from regional sales
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department in regards to payments from customers prior to scheduling shipments
  • Participate in daily conference call with CN and help to resolve any shipping issues
  • Help generate Ad-hoc reports when needed
  • Help Applications group and Sales to perform Part Transfer for module builds
  • Act as manager’s backup when manager is on vacation/sick leave
  • Maintaining scheduled quantity on allocation file for sales regions
  • Provide feedback to QA for any late shipments for monthly On-Time-Report
  • Send out shipping documents to regional team for parts shipping from US
  • Pick up evaluation modules from Applications group when ready for shipment
  • Submit job requests to Applications group for new evaluation kit orders daily
  • Bring modules and evaluation kits to shipping department for shipping daily
  • Enter and process paid orders and urgent sample requests from US sales
  • Performs other projects and duties as assigned
  • Participate in Oracle system testing for system improvement updates

Requirements

  • GCE 'O'/'A' Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales operations
  • Proficiency in Excel, such as pivot tables, freeze frames and graphs, is a must
  • Ability to speak/read Mandarin and translate to English is a strong plus
  • Prior experience in Oracle or another ERP system is preferred
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication, organizational, detail-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and as a member of a team, interface with other branches of the organization, work effectively with diverse constituencies, and solve problems and make decisions while under pressure and time constraints
