Job Description
- Execute marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
- Driving of the creative/design process for marketing material. This includes the update and development of existing materials plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy.
- Regularly review marketing plan, response rates/KPI’s, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate.
- Planning and organising events in stores.
- Support CRM activities such as creation of new CRM programs, analysing data of current programmes and propose action plans
- Co-ordinate with Creative team on the fulfilment of collaterals and POSM for stores
- Preparation of memo and publicity materials to be distributed to stores
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Management/IT
- While fresh grads are welcome to apply, at least 1 year of marketing experience is advantageous
- Strong computer skills in managing software platforms including Microsoft
- Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and team player
- Prior experience in retail or service industry will be advantageous
