Morgan McKinley is hiring an Infra Tech Support to join our dynamic team.
As an IT Infrastructure Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support, collaborating with the team on projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all work is completed within the project timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Automate infrastructure tasks using Terraform and other infrastructure automation tools.
- Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions for new projects.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT infrastructure technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
- AWS Certified Developer Associate or a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS.
- 1-2 years of experience working with Terraform.
- 1-2 years of experience with Javascript (NodeJS or ReactJS) or Python
Good to Have:
- Understanding of DevOps fundamentals, including source code management, scripting, and CI/CD.
- GCC 2.0 experience (optional).
