Responsibilities:
- Purchase food and supplies from vendors approved by the company and monitor inventory
- Ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are sanitized and clean in accordance with company standards and health code regulations
- Stay current on restaurant industry trends
- Responsible for food preparation in the Kitchen
Requirements: - High school diploma/GED required (two-year culinary degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food sanitation regulations
- Good experience in fine dining establishment
- Team Player, friendly and cheerful personality.
- Customer service oriented and with desire to serve.
- Able to work under pressure
