- Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or any computer-related subject.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge in PC hardware, LAN and Windows OS.
- Resourceful and able to resolve problems independently using online and offline resources.
- Well organized, proactive and self-directed.
- Able to perform with minimal supervision and a team player.
- Shift duty and weekend support are required when needed.
- Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Morning shift duty Once per week, ( 6 am to 2 pm).
Weekend support for system upgrade / cutover is about once every 2 months.
