Responsibilities:
· Responsible for accurate and timely once a month payroll processing for about 40 employees.
· Handle all foreign worker’s work passes issues (eg. Work permit application, cancellation, renewal, issuance, lodging matters, update of address, Bond, medical check-up etc.)
· Maintain staff information in Sage (UBS) software
· Administer Leave/Medical Leave records, Diesel tokens usage, Cash Card claims, Staff Uniforms, Traffic Summons.
· Assist and Handle of staff posting/ recruitment /advertisement
· Handle Vehicle inspection schedule, Road Tax renewal, Vehicle insurance renewal, and vehicle insurance claim.
· Any other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
• Professional Certificate/NITEC/”N” or “O” Level
• 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Well organized and meticulous in handling documents.
• Basic knowledge with employment act and good HR practices.
• Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills
Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday To Friday
Saturday : 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
