Be the focal point of all enquiries and concerns; work with internal and external stakeholders to bring about

- Salary range: $4700 - $6000 (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to members proactively to understand their unique entrepreneurship situations and future plans.
- Propose relevant solutions and mobilise resources offered by the wider ecosystem players.
- Build a vibrant Social Enterprise community via strategic networking sessions with relevant stakeholders. Curate shared learning sessions amongst professionals.
- Be involved in grant evaluation and administration process by engaging with applicants.
- Rake part in scale-up advisory and implementation programs.
- Support members in their social enterprise journey and assist them in measuring their social impact effectively while achieving business sustainability.
- Other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in relationship management & business advisory in a membership organization.
- Prior social impact/sustainability and/or customer success experience would be advantageous.
