Job Description
- Oversee and support finance processes for the Division’s foreign operations.
- Perform financial analyses and coordinate valuation exercises.
- Evaluate projects and support projects on areas including financial due diligence, tax structuring, contract reviews, funding plans and financial impact assessments.
- Review of the Division’s financials and preparation of periodic financial reporting material for senior management.
- Support budgeting, offsite and strategy planning exercises.
- Assists on accounting matters and year-end preparation of financial statements.
- Liaise with external parties including finance advisors, appraisals, auditors, consultants and legal counsels.
- Perform similar financial duties in other ad-hoc projects or assignments.
Job Requirements
Required Competencies
- Good Degree in Finance or Accounting, ACCA or equivalent and preferably Singapore CA.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with big four audit experience. Commercial, investment deals and/or group consolidation experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare financial models, assess risks and present findings.
- Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Good team player with strong communication skills to work well with different functions and levels.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, well organised and attention to detail.
- Supervision and leadership skills.
