A) JOB SUMMARY
Assist Maintenance engineer to ensure testing, maintaining machinery, tooling and equipment in the plant are in good working condition leading to ‘0’ downtime, better productivity and quality for all our products. Work with all other teams/departments in improving manufacturing operations to yield profit and to exceed customer satisfaction.
B) PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION
- Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting reported issue, making the corresponding repairs.
- Responsible to conduct routine Maintaining and repairing equipment.
- Must have hand-on repair experience on assembly line, welder machine
- Write and keep a service report/history in order to use this data to diagnose and address future issues.
- Hands-on 80% at work. Knowledgeable with hydraulic and pneumatic system.
- Data analysis to assess the performance of machinery
- Communicating with and supporting engineers
- Documenting machine safety and maintenance
- Report to immediate reporting immediately when abnormality is found at work.
C) ADDITIONAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with all rules and regulations related to safety & COP.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-pace environment, work and learn independently.
- Ability to work on fundamental tools like screwdrivers, alan-keys, calipers, gas-welding/cutting apparatus, power grinders.
- To ensure proper housekeeping are carry out daily.
- Complete any other adhoc tasks assigned by immediate reporting/Plant Manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Mechanical Technician Requirements:
- Diploma in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years of working experience in the mechanical engineering field.
- ITE holder with vast experience and leadership will also be considered.
- Local Candidate will have priority advantage.
- Ability to comprehensive technical documentation clearly (e.g. Drawings, etc.)
- Highly analytical mind and positive, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
