RESPONSIBILITIES :
Job Description – People Executive
- Provide support to HR team in the day-to-day operations
- Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement/documents retrieval
- Work Passes application, renewal & related matters
- Keep track of BFHC/Work pass renewals, confirmation,
- On-boarding & Off-boarding administrative support
- Update and maintain employees' record in HRIS
- Administer required security accesses in accordance to CAG requirements
- Manage training updates and arrange training for staff and administer internships from school & Corporate training initiatives
- Coordination for new and exiting employees , with monthly status report to APAC
- Responsible to safe keep and provide proper filing of all HR documents confidentially
- Accurate and prompt update to HRIS
- Pantry supply replenishment
- Office administration
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned and HR project works
Requirements:-
- Minimum ITE/Diploma Holder in Human Resource Management
- Independent and confident to carry out assignment in an efficient and effective manner
- Meticulous, organized, pro-active and able to work under pressure
- Task oriented work ethics
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- IT savvy and Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word
- Experience in the Food industries will be preferred
- Can commence work immediately will be preferred
