Job Description
· Conduct On-Site and On-Line Training to ensure customers are familiar with the features of our products.
· Conduct On-Site customer visitation to promote the value of our products.
· Help the sales team with upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
· Liaise Delivery & Training schedule with customers.
· Professionally resolves product, service issues and complaints.
· Act & liaise with relevant departments in event of any issues and complaints from customers.
· Assist in creating training materials for the department.
· Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Education / Experience
· At least GCE ‘A’ level or ITE in any discipline.
· No Experience required
· Possesses a patient, friendly and pleasant attitude.
Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
· Experience in customer service or related field will be advantage.
· Aptitude with positive disposition is preferred.
· Possess good work ethics and good team player.
· Ability to communicate/ listen clearly and professionally.
· Keen interest in imparting skills and knowledge to others
