Technology Group
We experiment, design, and lead a 24×7 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. We deliver secure, reliable, and integrated solutions, and provide insights on new, and emerging technologies.

What will you do as a Product Designer?
We are looking for a talented Product Designer to help GIC build the world-class financial design system. In this role, you will work closely with our design and product teams and be responsible for ensuring that our design system is consistent, reusable, and scalable.
- Create a unified, cohesive set of UX and visual guidelines for GIC web products
- Plan strategically as a partner with engineering, product and brand to define the future of design systems at GIC
- Think (really) big, and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards your vision
- Create high-quality mocks and interactive prototypes to communicate your work. Use user research and data to inform your reasonings
- Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally
- Be able to precisely articulate design rationale and goals
- Inspire the entire team and our internal partners by bringing new ideas to the table and defining next-generation interfaces
What makes you a successful candidate?
- 8+ years of experience working in UX/Product design field
- 4+ years of experience working on design systems
- Proven ability of creating and maintaining design system from scratch
- Highly proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma etc)
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills
- Excellent understanding of design systems, design guidelines, and design patterns
- Excellence in visual design / Brand craft
- Ability to work with a highly collaborative and cross-functional team
- Excited about working in a dynamic environment
- Prefer experience designing on multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android, etc)
- Prefer knowledge of front-end development technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, React, etc.)
