The Company:

  • Maid agency in Singapore speclise in providing high-quality Philippine maids to households.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of administrative tasks associated with maid recruitment and placement.
  • Efficiently handle Work Permit applications in coordination with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Arrange suitable accommodation and meals for maids, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Drive sales and business growth through active client engagement and relationship building.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between maids and employers.
  • Perform regular follow-ups and client visits post-placement to ensure continued service excellence.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration, sales, or related fields, preferably within the maid agency sector.
  • Diploma or higher in any relevant discipline.
  • Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Proactive, independent worker with a strong customer service orientation.
