Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of administrative tasks associated with maid recruitment and placement.
- Efficiently handle Work Permit applications in coordination with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Arrange suitable accommodation and meals for maids, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Drive sales and business growth through active client engagement and relationship building.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between maids and employers.
- Perform regular follow-ups and client visits post-placement to ensure continued service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration, sales, or related fields, preferably within the maid agency sector.
- Diploma or higher in any relevant discipline.
- Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Proactive, independent worker with a strong customer service orientation.
