Job Responsibilities:
- Manage company as Managing Director
- Grow shareholder value
- Develop strategic plans to achieve key business objectives
- Articulate vision and strategy and inspire staff to achieve objectives set based on business plan
- Develop General Insurance business in the Japanese market
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree of equivalent
- Minimum 20 years working experience in General Insurance industry
- Able to build good relationship with key stakeholders
- Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders and senior management in Tokyo Head Office and other business units
- Possess good communication skills, analytical ability, and logical thinking
