Main Duties:
- Assist with the administration of client entities (incorporation, maintenance, etc) with a high degree of integrity and professional competence.
- Assist with drafting and sending out email and to assist line manager for drafting more complex email
- Assist with preparation of letters, resolution, etc
- Assist in maintaining client entities record up to date and ensuring completeness and integrity of the record.
- To observe and comply with internal policies and procedures and act with highest degree of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
- Any other adhoc require administration and maintain any licences and regulatory compliance.
Requirement:
- 1-2 years of working experiences in corporate service provider
- Polytechnic graduate/University/Professional qualification in a relevant or similar area (preferably with/studying for CSIS qualification)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail, organised and outgoing personality
- Efficient, resourceful and self-initiative.
