Job Description
- Take on the statutory duties of supervising the Works to comply with BCA approval plans
- Supervise all civil, structural, and geotechnical building works, including architectural works and structural elements for architectural work, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, irrigation and sewerage system, and specialist engineering works for compliance with LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ requirements
- Keep and provide technical and documentary supports required by LTA in relation to any contractor’s claims
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in civil/structural discipline accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
- Holding a valid resident engineer certificate issued by JAC
- Min. 4 years of experience in civil engineering projects as a civil engineer
- Min. 2 years of experience in the supervision of Viaduct Works preferably prestressed segmental viaduct erection.
- Attaining a valid certification under the Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course
- Attaining LTA's Certificate of Achievement upon completion of Construction Safety Management Course for QSS
- Site Office Location: in Ang Mo Kio/Sg Seletar
- Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday and 8:30 am to 12:30pm, Saturday
- Contract: 2 or 3 years (renewable)
