Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
· Must have minimum 1-3 years of working experience supporting computer users
· Must have hands-on experience in supporting desktop/laptop hardware, network printer, Microsoft Windows, and standard software (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook client, Antivirus, Internet browser) and Computer
· Must have experience in Microsoft Active directory, VPN setup/troubleshooting
· Experience in handling ServiceDesk requests.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
