Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to quality repair and service standards for both company and service dealers.
- Lead the transformation of After Sales Service into a revenue-generating department.
- Actively participate in the assessment and appointment of service dealers.
- Collaborate with relevant functions in the dealership to optimize operations.
- Support After Sales Director in achieving turnover, profitability, and customer experience targets.
- Motivate the team for continuous improvement, process excellence, and efficiency.
- Manage and control Aftersales standards processes and audits as per manufacturer requirements.
- Ensure workshop compliance with legal and safety standards.
- Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with the manufacturer.
- Ensure safe and quality repair of returned-to-depot buses with minimal downtime.
- Monitor warranty campaigns and service bus workshop teams at various bus depots.
- Ensure all returned-to-depot buses are repaired safely with minimum downtime and good quality workmanship.
Requirements:
- Posses degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in workshop management
- Relevant working experience in automotive industry with a good understanding of Aftersales operation will be an added advantaged
