JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
The project coordinator oversees different initiatives or projects of a business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the client's expectations.
- Project planning, risk management, and supporting project coordination.
- Reporting on the schedule progress, project budget, spending, and milestones.
- Schedule and take a lead in meetings or scrum, recording meeting minutes and follow up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Multitask, oversee several projects, time management, dependable, good communicator, and able to identify gaps/issues and fix the gaps/issues.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of the IT field is a plus
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management & proficiency in MS Project/Excel;
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Sound communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of formal project management methodologies.
REQUIRED SKILL-SET
- Team player attitude with good inter-personal and client management skills;
· Decisive with the ability to multi-task
· Knowledge of IT Fields such as IT systems, infrastructure, and virtualization is a plus.
