Product Owner is a professional responsible for setting and prioritizing to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of new product development.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and analyse market, users’ trend, and the roadmap for the product.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, analytics, design, user experience, engineering, user enablement and factory to ensure product release delivery.
- Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or similar relevant field.
- 3 Years of Experience in technology industry, handling Product Innovation, Product Owner or similar role.
- Sharp analytical & problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- A creative thinker with a vision, attention to details, excellent organizational & time management skills.
- Experience in design and exposure to manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Read/Write) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners.
- Able to travel overseas on a short-notice is essential.
